Custom domains

Every workspace gets its own web address automatically:

your-company.crewtimetrack.com

That's where you and your crew sign in, and it's ready the moment you create your workspace — nothing to set up. For most teams this is all you'll ever need.

Using your own domain

On the Crew plan and above you can use a domain you already own — for example time.yourcompany.com — instead of the default address.

1. Go to Settings → Branding, enter your domain in the Custom domain field, and save.
2. At your domain provider (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, etc.), add a CNAME record for that name pointing to cname.vercel-dns.com. It usually takes effect within an hour.
3. Our team attaches your domain to our hosting — automatic within a business day, or contact us to rush it. The secure certificate (HTTPS) is issued automatically; there's nothing for you to install.
4. Back on Settings → Branding, hit Check & verify. When the badge turns green ("Connected"), you're live.

Once it's live, your team signs in at your custom address, and the timesheet links you send to your crew from there use it too. Your original your-company.crewtimetrack.com address keeps working alongside it.

Which address should I use?

• Just getting started / simplest: stick with your-company.crewtimetrack.com. It always works and needs zero setup.
• Want your own branding in the URL: add a custom domain (Crew plan and above) using the steps above.
