Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of CrewTimeTrack, a product of ZingMap. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account and for the conduct of admins and editors you invite to your workspace. Two-factor authentication is strongly recommended for admin accounts.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access other workspaces' data, and no sending SMS without the recipient's consent. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the workforce data you enter, including obtaining any required consent to text your crew.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. Plan changes are prorated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into CrewTimeTrack. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.

Service availability

We work to keep CrewTimeTrack available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. On termination we delete or anonymize workspace data per the Privacy Policy.
