CrewTimeTrack (“CrewTimeTrack”, “we”, “us”), a product of ZingMap, provides scheduling and time-tracking software for field crews. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to crewtimetrack.com and the CrewTimeTrack application.
Information we collect
- Account data — name, work email, password (hashed), and workspace details for admins and editors.
- Workforce data entered by your employer — employee names, phone numbers, email addresses, job assignments, hours worked, pay rates, and related records.
- Usage & device data — log data, IP address, and basic analytics used to operate and improve the service.
- Payment data — handled by our processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
To provide scheduling, time tracking, messaging, reporting, and billing; to secure accounts; to send service messages; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If your employer enables crew texting, we send job schedules and timesheet links by SMS. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for details.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are used only to operate the texting features described here and are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Sharing & processors
We share data with service providers who help us run CrewTimeTrack, including Supabase (database/auth), Vercel (hosting), Amazon Web Services (file storage), Stripe (billing), SendGrid (email), and Telnyx (SMS). Each processes data on our behalf under contract. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention & security
We retain workspace data for as long as the account is active and as needed for legal/operational purposes, then delete or anonymize it. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level data isolation between workspaces. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
Your choices & rights
Admins can edit or delete most workspace data in-app. Employees can ask their employer (the workspace owner) to update or remove their information. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data — contact us to exercise them.
