SMS Terms & Consent
Last updated: June 10, 2026
CrewTimeTrack sends text messages (SMS) on behalf of employers to their crews — for example, the weekly schedule, jobsite and report-time details, and a private link to log hours. This page explains the program and your rights.
Consent (opt-in)
Crew members receive texts because their employer added their mobile number to a CrewTimeTrack workspace and represents that they have the worker's permission to text them about work. Employers are responsible for obtaining that consent. We do not send marketing texts and do not share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing.
Message frequency & cost
Message frequency varies with your work schedule (typically a weekly schedule plus reminders around timesheet submission). Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from CrewTimeTrack; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact your employer or support@crewtimetrack.com. Opting out of texts does not remove you from your employer's schedule — talk to your employer about how you'll receive it instead.
Carriers & delivery
Messaging is delivered through our provider (Telnyx) and your wireless carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and message activity are handled per our Privacy Policy. We use phone numbers only to operate the texting features described here. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
