Questions

How does the per-employee charge work?

You pay the base plan plus a small monthly fee per active employee. Archived crew don't count. A 50-person crew on the Crew tier is $199 + 50 × $5 = $449/mo.

Do field workers need a paid seat?

No. Only admins/editors use seats. Workers log time from a texted link with no login — they're billed as employees, not seats.

What's Job HQ?

An optional add-on that turns CrewTimeTrack into a full job-management tool: customers, bids & proposals, vendor quotes, receipts, job photos & documents, change orders, and live profit per job. It's admin-only, so it's one flat monthly price — no per-employee cost.

Can I import from my old system?

Yes. We import jobs, employees, schedules, and historical timesheets from your legacy time-tracking system.

Is there a contract?

Month-to-month or annual (two months free). Cancel anytime; export your data on the way out.
