How does the per-employee charge work?
You pay the base plan plus a small monthly fee per active employee. Archived crew don't count. A 50-person crew on the Crew tier is $249 + 50 × $5 = $499/mo.
Do field workers need a paid seat?
No. Only admins/editors use seats. Workers log time from a texted link with no login — they're billed as employees, not seats.
